I am writing about the CristFragrances where I ordered this from, not this discontinued fragrance itself. I ordered and received the wrong item. I wrote multiple times to get some assistance. No response. Then I received this review request. I responded and said I did not want to write a bad review for customer service but needed help. I got a very rude email back that I cannot receive something I did not order? Totally missing the point that I did not get what I ordered. So to this day, days and days ago no answer, no resolution. Never again would I do business and should reach out to Shopify to get resolution.
